DFW Airport saw the most rain in one day in 90 years on Monday, with the airport recording 9.19 inches in the 24 hour period. The previous record was set in September 1932 with 9.57 inches. August 2022 is now the second wettest August on record, and the wettest month since October 2018. Below graph via the National Weather Service:
