British Airways Airbus A380 DFW Service Confirmed for March 2022

First off, full credit to Ishrion Aviation who posted this first. British Airways will operate the Airbus A380 on its daily London Heathrow (LHR) to DFW route with the commencement of the Summer 2022 schedule on March 27, 2022. The A380 is on the schedule right now for all of summer, until at least the end of October 2022. Flights are bookable now. There had been some talk earlier of the A380 coming to DFW as early as next month, but now we know for sure it will be here in four months.

This route has seen several aircraft over the years, going back to the McDonnell Douglas DC-10 when DFW-LGW was flown by British Caledonian. For their part, British Airways have offered Boeing 777-200s, 777-300s, 747-400s, 787-8s, 787-9s, and 787-10s most recently.
