Icy Weather Wreaks Havoc at DFW, Love Field

As of 930pm, 593 departures and 550 arrivals were canceled today at DFW, which is 57 percent of all flights. Another 162 departures and 162 arrivals, or 16 percent of all flights, were delayed. Over at Dallas Love Field, 108 departures and 94 arrivals were canceled, with the icy weather scuttling just under 30 percent of all flights.

American Airlines saw 686 flight cancellations today, or 22 percent of its total schedule, and you can add another 274 flight cancellations from American subsidiary Envoy Air, with the American Eagle operator forced to cancel 31 percent of its schedule today.

Southwest Airlines saw 10 percent, or 371 flights, of its schedule canceled today.
