Have you ever wondered how much a large airport shuttle bus costs? The type that maybe takes passengers to the rental car facility and back? You haven't? Well, you are about to find out anyway. Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport recently purchased four natural gas powered buses to ferry passengers from the terminals to the rental car center. The contract was for $2,130,824 - $532,706 each.
The old buses will be declared surplus and put up for auction, if you are interested in purchasing.
